Please be mindful that we do have neighbours and follow the simple house rules...

• Pets are not to be left unsupervised at the property unless by prior agreement - please contact us first. We know that sometimes very hot weather and elderly pets don’t mix.

• We provide a water bowl and dog towels for use - please don’t use our bath towels to dry those sandy paws

• All pets entering the property MUST have been treated with an EFFECTIVE flea treatment (please see t&c’s) remember just because you can’t see fleas doesn’t mean there isn’t any, one can cause havoc and some pets are very sensitive. The property is treated regularly as a preventative measure but we ask you to do your bit.

• Please bring your own pet beds - preferably clean before bringing to the property.

• We provide blankets for dogs on the sofa or please feel free to bring your own dog throws.

• We don’t restrict where your pets go in the cottage. If you dogs sleep in the bed, please tell of this prior, as we will use “dogs sleep on the bed” bedding - or if you wish to bring your own, we will supply pillow/mattress protectors with duvet/pillows.

• Please ensure ALL dog mess is collected from the garden and disposed of in the bin provided outside before departure. A charge will be applied if any dog foul is left behind in the garden.

• Vaccination Status: All dogs MUST have received a valid Leptospirosis vaccination within the last 15 months before entering the property. Proof of vaccination may be required. Pets who are titre tested for Distemper, Hepatitis & Parvo are accepted providing they have a in date titre test within the preceding 12 months. We recommend pets have been vaccinated for Kennel Cough.
