HAND SANITISATION

• Hand Sanitiser is provided for guest use, situated at both external doors to the property. It is mandatory that guests use this each time they enter the property. It is strongly advised that it is also used before leaving the property. 

• Hand wash is also provided throughout the property. We advise regular hand washing for a minimum of 20 seconds, in line with current government policy.

• Please be aware that COVID-19 is an every changing situation, and therefore we cannot guarantee the availability or opening times of local attractions, pubs, shops or other venues.

PREVENTATIVE MEASURES AT THE PROPERTY

• A high standard of cleaning is always maintained at the property but during this time we are setting the check out slightly later to allow additional time for cleaning. Cleaning check lists are used to support our cleaning efforts. 

• We are currently not supplying any board games or DVD's at the property to reduce high touch items that may be difficult to clean. 

• Entry is keyless to the property to maintain social distancing. 

• We ask that within the hour prior to departure of guests, windows and doors are opened to maximise fresh air flow through the property, and that all windows and doors are then secured fully before departure. The property must not be left unattended during this time.

ILLNESS & COVID 19

• No person should travel to the property if they have any  COVID-19 related symptoms. 

• Anyone showing symptoms while at the property is required to take a PCR test. The Proprietor must be notified of this result. Should the test be positive, guests are required to leave immediately where reasonably possible, travelling only and directly to their permanent residence to undertake their self isolation. Where this is not possible, and you are required to self isolate at the property, then all fees for all bookings affected by this self isolation will be borne by the guest. 

• It is the guest responsibility to ensure they adhere to all current government guilelines on social distancing.

• We request where possible that any guests attending the property have undertaken a lateral flow test within 24 hours of arriving at the property, but currently this is not a direct condition of booking.
